Fall is here!

Fall has really started. Right now it is cold, raining (later today it will start snowing) and we are losing most of the leaves on our trees. It is beautiful outside. I am watching it all from my warm house with Emilie recovering from our Sunday busyness...

or better said a new addition to our family picture!


I am now 15 weeks and we hope to welcome this little one to our family early September.

Wow, I can't believe that my "baby" just turned 2. I don't think he quite knew what was going on but he was definitely enjoying the presents and all the attention.
He was quite impressed with the little flags (dutch birthday tradition) that were hanging all through the house and with the balloons.


We had put his presents on the table and as soon as he saw them he started opening them.
