Saturday we went to Sundance as a family. Bruce took Elizabeth skiing for the second time (she went for her first time last Saturday). Elizabeth was so excited, she had been talking about it all week long. Last week she had rented red skies and she wanted exactly the same ones again. Luckily they had them and the nice man told us we didn't have to pay for the rental (nice surprise).
Zaterdag zijn we met ons gezin naar Sundance geweest (Sundance is een ski resort). Bruce ging voor de tweede keer met Elizabeth skieen (vorige week zaterdag was de eerste keer). Elizabeth keek er de hele week al heel erg naar uit. Vorige week had ze rode skies gehuurd en ze wilde deze keer precies dezelfde hebben. Gelukkig hadden ze de rode skies weer en de aardige man zei dat we deze keer niet voor de skies hoefde te betalen (leuke verrassing).
Elizabeth and Daddy are getting ready to get on the ski lift. Last week they did the bunny hill (Elizabeth kept asking where the bunnies were). It was quite a work out for Bruce to hike up there with Elizabeth and to use the tow rope that he decided to get a lift pass this time. Elizabeth was so excited to get on the lift and had no fear being up that high.
Elizabeth en papa staan in de rij om op de ski lift te gaan. Vorige week gingen ze alleen maar op de "bunny hill" (Elizabeth bleef maar vragen waar de konijntjes nou waren). De bunny hill is een oefen/beginners heuveltje waar je naar toe kunt lopen. Elizabeth vond de lift echt heel leuk en was niet bang dat ze zo hoog de lucht in ging.
